Growing up, I moved frequently and spent most of my childhood in Florida. Later, I moved to California to be closer to my dad and start culinary school for baking.
From a young age, creativity was at the center of everything I did, Whether it was painting, sculpting, drawing, sewing, cooking, or baking, I was always creating something. If there was an opportunity to make something with my hands, I was all in.
Out of all those creative outlets, baking stole my heart. I would stay up late watching Ace of Cakes and Cake Boss, completely fascinated that people could turn their artistic talent for cakes into a career! I dreamed of doing the same one day.
That passion began with an Easy-Bake Oven and has continued to grow ever since. Today, every cake, cookie, and dessert I create is a reflection of that little girl who fell in love with baking and never stopped dreaming.
